The Standard Order Sheet (SOS) document
(PDF) is required when placing an order that is processed by the Customer Service team. These
are orders that are placed over the phone, email, or requested via a company
Sales/Representative. Orders placed in the Thermo Fisher™ Cart do not require the SOS document.
The purpose of the SOS document is to provide and confirm information that is required to
place an order, including shipping and billing addresses, panel details, and any additional
items included in the order.
