Oncomine™ tumor specific panels

The following targeted Oncomine™ tumor specific panels are available in Ion AmpliSeq™ Designer.

All Oncomine™ tumor specific panels have been laboratory tested on both low-quality (FFPE) and high-quality DNA controls.

Panel

Description

Oncomine™ Bladder Panel

A 25-gene panel applicable to urothelial carcinoma research, which represents ~90% of bladder cancers. Contains genes such as PIK3CA, FGFR3, and ERBB2. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Bladder Panel.

Oncomine™ BRCA Expanded Panel

A 15-gene panel containing BRCA1 and BRCA2, as well as HR pathway genes important for ovarian, breast, and prostate cancer research. Contains genes such as ATM, PALB2, and BRIP1. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine BRCA Expanded Panel.

Oncomine™ Colorectal and Pancreatic Panel

A 24-gene panel applicable to colorectal and pancreatic adenocarcinoma research. Includes DNA mismatch repair pathway genes and genes such as APC, KRAS, and NRAS. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Colorectal and Pancreatic Panel.

Oncomine™ Gastric and Esophageal Cancer Panel

A 17-gene panel applicable to gastric, esophageal, and gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma research. Contains genes such as TP53, ERBB2, and CDKN2A. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Gastric and Esophageal Panel.

Oncomine™ Gynecological Panel

A 19-gene panel applicable to research of endometrial, cervical, and ovarian carcinomas. Contains genes such as PTEN, BRCA2, and CTNNB1. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Gynecological Panel.

Oncomine™ HRR Pathway Predesigned Panel

A 28-gene panel that contains Homologous Recombination Repair (HRR) pathway genes. Contains Oncomine™ BRCA Expanded Panel genes plus additional non-HRR genes such as KRAS and PIK3CA important for ovarian, breast, prostate and pancreatic cancer research. Note: The Oncomine™ HRR Pathway Predesigned Panel does not have a system-installed Ion Reporter™ workflow.

Oncomine™ Kidney Panel

A 15-gene panel applicable to research of renal cell carcinomas, the majority of kidney cancer. Contains genes such as VHL, MTOR, and PBRM1. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Kidney Panel.

Oncomine™ Liver Panel

A 22-gene panel applicable to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) research. Contains genes like TP53, MYC, TERT, and CTNNB1. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Liver Panel.

Oncomine™ Lymphoma Panel

A 25-gene panel applicable to research of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (primarily diffuse large B cell (DLBCL)) as well as to Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Contains genes such as BCL2, MYD88, and CARD11. To view the targets that are included in the panel, see Oncomine Lymphoma Panel.

Oncomine™ Melanoma Panel

Oncomine™ Prostate Panel
