Ion AmpliSeq HD Made-to-Order DNA or RNA panels include forward and reverse primers stored in wells of a 384-well plate at a 307µM concentration for use with the Ion AmpliSeq HD Library Kit (Cat. No. A37694). Ion AmpliSeq HD panels can only be ordered through the Ion AmpliSeq Designer (www.ampliseq.com) tool. See the Ion AmpliSeq HD Library Kit User Guide (Pub.
