Get TaqMan™ assays

You can use the TaqMan™ assay search tool to locate and order the TaqMan™ assay that is listed in the <panel ID>_DataSheet.csv file for your custom Ion AmpliSeq™ RNA design.

  1. Navigate to the Gene Expression Analysis Using TaqMan™ Assays page: https://www.thermofisher.com/us/en/home/life-science/pcr/real-time-pcr/real-time-pcr-assays/taqman-gene-expression.html.
  2. In the Assay search tool pane, enter the TaqMan™ Assay ID that is listed in the second to last column of the <panel ID>_DataSheet.csv, then click Search.

    The Search TaqMan™ Assays and Arrays page opens, listing the assay results.

  3. In the Assay ID column, click the assay ID link to review assay details, or click the catalog number link to open the product page for the assay.

    The assay details page and the product page opens in a new tab in your browser.

  4. Select one or more assays that you want to order, then click Add to card.

    The corresponding assay is added to your cart on thermofisher.com.
